My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect, the kitchen fully accommodating with all working appliances. No problems with air conditioning. We were given a housekeeper that came out a refreshed for us which she was very polite and friendly. Nice quiet area with a beautiful view across from the ocean. Very very satisfied. Chef Kiss!

Had a great stay at Vinroys place with my family. Very prompt with answering questions and providing assistance. Beautiful place, we especially loved the private patio to relax with family privately. Would absolutely book with Vinroy again.

This was my second time staying at this home, and it did not disappoint. It truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and worth every dollar. I would absolutely recommend anyone staying in the Montego Bay area to book with them you won’t regret it!

Beautiful apartment. It looks like the pictures. It has anything and everything you could need. So many thoughtful touches like beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. I would stay here again.

This property is one of my favourites and Vinroys suite was nothing short of exactly as described. Kam is also very pleasant to deal with and is ever so accommodating would highly recommend staying with nautical homes

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. This was a last minute emergency booking as the unit we were staying at had not power or hot water so we had to leave early. I messaged the owner about our situation in the morning and they had the villa ready for us to check in within a couple of hours. We are very greatfull to have had the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities of the villa as well as the private beach and pool. Thank you again and God bless.

We had a great week! The home decor is modern and beautiful. Lots of space and amenities. We had an issue with the water pressure. Once Oleander’s team was made aware, repairs followed promptly. Great place!

The pictures do not do it justice… The place was wonderful. The location felt safe and the pool was spectacular… I loved the views from the balcony in the master bedroom. I will definitely stay again!

The condo is beautifully designed, spotless, and features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase a stunning bay view from both the living room and primary bedroom — absolutely breathtaking! 🌅💙 Every detail is done with care and perfection. The mini bar, iPad, and cell phone for guests were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for relaxing or catching up online. 📶 Cleanliness was top-tier — I did my famous white socks test, and the floors were spotless! 🧦✨ The whole place smelled freshly cleaned, and it’s clear this condo is very well maintained. The hosts — Vinroy, Kamilah, and Carolyn — were amazing: friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. 🙌 If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly kept getaway with unforgettable views, Paradise Unit 4 is the one!
