This modern 3,000 square feet luxurious villa is designed by Atelier Vidal Architects, enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and luxury furnishings. The unit is designed to have a visual connection with the outdoors. The raise building is on pilotis to allow car parking. This penthouse villa is a loft style with double height ceilings and private upper deck infinity plunge pool off the Master Suite. LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY Apt no.________ Please sign the liability waiver 72 hours prior to arrival onto the property. Anyone not signing a liability waiver will not be permitted on the Property. Liability Waiver: To be read and signed by each guest/visitor. Parents must list the name of the minor age children they are responsible for on the back of their waiver form, and sign for anyone under 18. The property owner shall not be liable for, and Guest will indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any and all fines, suits, claims, demands, and actions of any kind, (including third party claims and attorney's fees) by reason of any negligence, misconduct, or any breach, violation, or non-performance of any covenant hereof on the part of Guest or Guest’s agents, employees, or invitees. The Property Owner shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to any property or person occasioned by theft, fire, act of God, public enemy, injunction, riot, strike, insurrection, war, or from any cause whatsoever. The undersigned HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Property Owner from any and all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of The Property Owner or Strata or otherwise while the undersigned is in the apartment or upon the common property area, including but not limited to the residential unit, the pool or any common areas. GUEST HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE while in the apartment or upon the Property. The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law in Jamaica that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. In such cases, we will do our best to arrange prompt repairs. However, no refunds or partial credits will be issued due to the unavailability of these amenities. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of cancellation. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of the Manager/Owner. I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than 11AM on the date agreed upon through vacation rental website (HomeAway, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc) and to return the keys immediately to the owner. Also, the following rules should be followed 1. NO PARTIES 2. DO NOT re-arrange furniture. $50 USD will be an asset for moving furniture back. 3. NO Pets allowed 4. NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. $200 USD will be an asset for smoke damages. Wow, just WOW! The pictures honestly don’t do this place any justice! Walking in felt like stepping into a dream. Everything was absolutely stunning, and being in a gated community made it feel so safe and private. Vinroy was an amazing host, he responded right away and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Hands down, this was a 10/10 experience, and I’m already looking forward to rebooking when I come back to Jamaica!

Our stay in Montego Bay was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to the AMAZING host Kamilah! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, every question we had was answered quickly and kindly. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and supported throughout our entire trip. The property was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. But what really stood out was the genuine hospitality. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, arranging transportation, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, the host was consistently thoughtful and attentive. If you’re planning a trip to Montego Bay and want peace of mind knowing you’re in good hands, this is the place to book. We can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again!

I must say this home was worth every penny. It was absolutely gorgeous and very breath taking. It was clean, the location was quiet and not far from restaurants and any local spots. I highly recommend 10/10.

We have ample parking for our guests should they decide to rent a car or have friends over during their stay. We also offer car services for guests who need to relax and unwind during their stay and not have to worry about driving on the left hand side of the road in the sometimes hectic traffic. We offer a luxury car service or a more budget friendly alternative to our guests.
