The unit emphasizes a visual connection with the outdoors, and the raised building on pilotis allows for convenient car parking. The villa features high ceilings and a private patio off the master suite. House Rules

LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY Apt no.________ Please sign the liability waiver 72 hours prior to arrival onto the property. Anyone not signing a liability waiver will not be permitted on the Property. Liability Waiver: To be read and signed by each guest/visitor. Parents must list the name of the minor age children they are responsible for on the back of their waiver form, and sign for anyone under 18. The property owner shall not be liable for, and Guest will indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any and all fines, suits, claims, demands, and actions of any kind, (including third party claims and attorney's fees) by reason of any negligence, misconduct, or any breach, violation, or non-performance of any covenant hereof on the part of Guest or Guest’s agents, employees, or invitees. The Property Owner shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to any property or person occasioned by theft, fire, act of God, public enemy, injunction, riot, strike, insurrection, war, or from any cause whatsoever. The undersigned HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Property Owner from any and all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of The Property Owner or Strata or otherwise while the undersigned is in the apartment or upon the common property area, including but not limited to the residential unit, the pool or any common areas. GUEST HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE while in the apartment or upon the Property. The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law in Jamaica that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This includes electronic cigarettes vaping and candles. Guest may smoke on the balconies and our private pool deck. No smoking at the community pool and public spaces. WASHER & DRYER USE A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience during your stay. While we make every effort to ensure these appliances remain in working order, please note that in rare instances, such as mechanical issues, pending part replacements, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., acts of God), they may become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will do our best to arrange prompt repairs. However, no refunds or partial credits will be issued due to the unavailability of these amenities. POOL Please follow ALL POOL RULES located on the pool deck. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED. Rental Agreement In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to notify the owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of cancellation. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of the Manager/Owner. I (we) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later than 11AM on the date agreed upon through vacation rental website (HomeAway, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc) and to return the keys immediately to the owner. Also, the following rules should be followed 1. NO PARTIES 2. DO NOT re-arrange furniture. $50 USD will be an asset for moving furniture back. 3. NO Pets allowed 4. NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. $200 USD will be an asset for smoke damages. The condo is beautifully designed, spotless, and features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase a stunning bay view from both the living room and primary bedroom — absolutely breathtaking! 🌅💙 Every detail is done with care and perfection. The mini bar, iPad, and cell phone for guests were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for relaxing or catching up online. 📶 Cleanliness was top-tier — I did my famous white socks test, and the floors were spotless! 🧦✨ The whole place smelled freshly cleaned, and it’s clear this condo is very well maintained. N/H Paradise 2 is the perfect place to stay when visiting Montego Bay. The space is clean, modern and has everything you need. The complimentary items and add-ons are a nice touch that make you feel like you’re staying at a resort. The complex is secure and its location gives easy access to clubs, restaurants and the supermarket if needed. The communication is great, easy and quick. There really is nothing to complain about and I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!

My family of five stayed at the home. I say home because its not just an Airbnb (house). From the time I walked in it felted like i was at my private residence. Vinroy and his wife provided a cell phone and ipad, for all the countries i travel too and stayed at airbnb ive never had that done. Vinroy was very nice. We flew in early and he allowed us to drop off our at the property while cleaners were preparing for us& which allowed us to explore Montego Bay until check in. 24 hr security. Will definitely book again

Lovely place! Quiet, super clean and in a great location. Beautiful view. Security was awesome and helpful. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Air BnB was equipped with everything that was needed. Host offered alot of recommendations that were very helpful and made the trip more fun and easy going. Jamaica Life Tours and Excursions along with Hartley Tours were our go to for transportation la and excursions, all recommended by the host. Will book again!

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one !
