We have off street parking for up to 4 cars which easily fits camper trailers and RV's. There is also a hiking trail directly behind the property.

I am so glad I booked this place. Yes, the pictures are nice when viewing the listing but when you actually go inside and actually see it in person, it is amazing. The location is ideal if you want to be outside of Boston but close enough to historic sites, restaurants, and shopping. The house itself is setup perfectly. The kitchen is huge. There is a living room but there is also a theater room upstairs. The bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. Plus, each has their own TV. I was able to park in the garage. There is a basement with a washer and dryer. Although it is out of season, my family used the putting green in the backyard. Vinroy was pro-active in communicating with me. If I had any questions, he was quick to respond. If I am ever back in Boston, I would rent this place for sure.

The Gem was the perfect place for the 6 adults traveling in our group and we we had plenty of space to spread out. We were visiting both the Salem area as well as Boston and the location was perfect for both. We needed to communicate at check-in and Vinroy was quick to respond. Well stocked kitchen and extremely clean! Thanks for your part in making this a stress free part if our vacation!
